He has spoken at conferences worldwide on the critical importance of culture, leadership, and behaviour to the Safety journey, and achieving the ultimate goal of Zero Harm. Formerly Managing Director, EMEA for Behavioural Science Technology (BST) and DEKRA Insight, Guy is now Director of Sales and Customer Care for Anchor Safety. Anchor are a specialist family-owned PPE provider, with a household-name Customer portfolio, extensive national and international experience and capability, and a truly innovative approach to safety performance improvement.
